Hi Everyone,
As you can see I've been missing in action for a long time where does the time go?
Far tooooooooo long my last post was August 2015... Yikes"""  I had shoulder surgery which took far too long to use again normally...  and then life gets in the way... So I thought its time to get back in to using my poor neglected blog.. and what better way to start back up than to join the lovely Julia over at  stamping -ground at the weekly WOYWW desk visits  I must confess I have not been doing much paper crafting these days I have switched more to knitting and sewing...not very good at them but practice makes perfect .
Well on my desk as you can see I made some VERY simple curtains that every craft room needs to hide a multitude of sins...oops I mean mess....  so here goes I hope this works okay especially with the links it's been so long since I've used it appears different... so forgive me if it has come out a bit wrong... Here's to visiting all your desks today and the future..

My ugly mess I am trying to hide
I think it looks a little better don't you
Well I got the photos to work that's a start... lets hope the links work...
I hope this finds you all well....keep safe all

As soon as I saw your post I say "Hey!! I know that lady!!!" It is so good to see you again and see what you are up to.
I am not posting much - as they say, life gets in the way. I am learning to knit - I like it but am still just practicing what's called the cable knit cast on. I like the edge but tend to put it on a little too tight.
I have also been reading a lot. I sure do love reading!!
Welcome home May and glad your shoulder is all well.

I have been reading back about your shoulder, my goodness girl you have been though the mill, hope that you will now keep progressing well.
Love those curtains, very pretty and a clever idea. Well done!

Hi,
I had shoulder surgery too, mine was 2 years ago. I couldn't sew, so I spent my time tidying and planning. I was so glad I had a sewing room to hide in and play with threads and fabrics.
Hope your feeling better soon,
Katie #44 xx

Shoulder surgery can take a while to recover from I've heard.
I've also been doing more knitting than anything else lately. I will put some pics up next week, hopefully.
Thanks for visiting earlier too.

Yay! You're back! that's good to see. The beauty of blogging is that you can neglect it for a while, but show it some love and it springs back to life again!! Hopefully, you are now fully recovered from your surgery? There is lots to catch up one and I've moved continents so know all about neglecting my blog!

Welcome back, May!
The curtains are very pretty and seem to be serving their purpose. But my eye was drawn to that open suitcase on your table. Hmmm I do love classic suitcases and train cases. Creative Blessings! Kelly #36

Oh May, it is so wonderful to see you back in blogland!!! I have missed you! Since I changed from Blogger to Bloglovin I think your post got 'lost in translation' but I have rectified that now. Off to see more of your latest posts.... thanks so much for visiting me, I would never have known you were back otherwise. Big hugs, Anne xxx
